As the logistics services partner for sampling programmes for leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, we have proven expertise in managing what can be a particularly challenging process. We have designed an alternative web-based solution to remove the enormous administrative burden that sampling places on manufacturers.

We can process requests for samples received via field sales representatives who use our order management interface, or directly from healthcare professionals using our new Medisis service. Medisis is a joint venture between Pharmisis and Virtual Health Network (VHN), providing online access to medicines information and samples. Requests are checked against an allocation and prescribing status and samples are delivered either by a representative, first class recorded delivery or by courier.

As a CPG Holdings company, we hold an MHRA Wholesaler Dealer Licence and our processes ensure that pharmaceutical companies are compliant with the ABPI sampling code of practice. As an organisation, we have been accredited with ISO 9000:2000 quality standards.
